1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NextShop platform, including your online store, store admin panel, domains, and related services. By buying a store or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Buying a store

When you buy a store, you receive a ready-made ecommerce store configured for you. During checkout, you may choose a domain and provide the information needed to set up your store and admin account. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Store purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

3. Payments and billing

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown during checkout. We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions and may not receive or store your full payment card details. If your store includes recurring services, domain renewals, hosting charges, or other paid features, those charges will be shown before you are billed.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your admin email address, password, and other account information secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. If you believe someone else has access to your account, change your password and contact us as soon as possible.

5. Your store and content

You own the products, images, descriptions, and other content you add to your store, subject to any rights held by third parties. You are responsible for making sure your products and content comply with the laws that apply to your business and that you have the right to use and sell what you list.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use NextShop to sell illegal goods or services, distribute spam or harmful content, impersonate others, interfere with the platform, attempt to access systems or accounts without permission, or use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws. We may suspend or close a store that violates these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The NextShop platform, including its software, design, features, branding, and other materials provided by NextShop, belongs to NextShop or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the platform. You may not copy, resell, modify, or reuse the platform outside the rights granted by these Terms.

8. Domains, availability, and termination

If a domain is purchased or registered through NextShop, domain registration and renewal may be subject to the terms of the applicable domain registrar. We may temporarily limit or suspend access to the platform for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside our control. You can stop using the platform and close your store at any time. We may suspend or close a store if you violate these Terms or create a risk to the platform or other users.

9. Liability and data

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. NextShop is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, business interruption, or other losses arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important content and data you upload to your store. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

10. Changes and contact
